Equipment service

Equipment Service

Define the supply, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities for your equipment project.

Equipment Service

Start with the equipment your line needs.

Alongside our liner manufacturing, we work with equipment manufacturers to help buyers discuss sealing and related line requirements. The published model is the LGYS-4000 water-cooled induction sealer. Its model page describes the available controls and operating requirements.

Application

Share the bottle, cap, liner and required line speed so the equipment configuration can be discussed.

Supply role

Confirm whether the project is private-label supply or a manufacturer-led arrangement.

Service scope

Agree the commissioning, warranty and after-sales responsibilities for the specific machine.

Confirm responsibilities before ordering.

Equipment is sourced from manufacturers; it is not manufactured in our liner factory. A private-label order and a project introduced to a manufacturer can have different commercial and service arrangements.

  • Who issues the quotation, signs the order and receives payment.
  • The model, configuration, included accessories and delivery terms.
  • Who provides installation and commissioning guidance.
  • Whether an on-site visit is included and how any travel or service charges are agreed.
  • The warranty period, spare parts and after-sales contact.

These details are agreed for the equipment project. This page does not apply one manufacturer's warranty or one service arrangement to every machine.

Prepare the line information.

Send the bottle and cap dimensions, the liner structure, the current conveyor or line, the available power supply and the intended speed. Where a sample trial is needed, agree the bottles, liners and conditions to use before confirming the configuration.

Your next step

Have a bottle or sealing question in mind?

Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
