How to order

How to Order

The path from an application to a confirmed specification and a purchase order.

How to Order

From application to order.

A purchase order is the last step, not the first. The sequence below is how a new application becomes a specification, a quotation and a shipment.

  1. Application. You send the bottle, contents, current seal and line. We reply with the open questions.
  2. Review. We narrow the candidate families and say what still has to be tested. No quotation is issued from a name alone.
  3. Sample. A sample kit is prepared — usually 2–7 working days — and couriered to you.
  4. Validation. You test on your line and record the result. We review the record with you and agree the specification.
  5. Quotation. The quotation fixes material, structure, dimensions, print, packing, quantity, price, trade term, lead time and payment terms.
  6. Order and production. Bulk production usually runs 2–15 working days after the specification and order are confirmed.
  7. Delivery. EXW, FOB or CIF. The trade term and the delivery point are stated in the quotation, not inferred from a price list.

What the quotation fixes.

The specification

Material, structure, dimensions, print, tab and packing — the version the order is made against.

The commercial terms

Quantity, unit price, MOQ, trade term, payment terms and lead time.

The boundary

What is supplied by CY Seal, what is supplied by an equipment partner, and what is quoted separately.

What we need to quote.

  • The bottle and cap drawing, or a physical sample.
  • The contents and the storage conditions.
  • The sealing method and the line details.
  • The target quantity, format and delivery country.
  • Any print or packing requirement, with artwork if available.

MOQ and price. MOQ is set by the specification: the material, the structure and the run length all change it. We do not publish a single MOQ or a price list that would have to be qualified on every line.

Your next step

Have a bottle or sealing question in mind?

Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
