Consumables — the main line
Find a liner for your bottle and contents.
Nine families, supplied as die-cut discs or roll stock. Tell us your neck finish, cap style and contents — we match the material, thickness and seal type, then send samples so you can prove it on your own line.

Cross-section — foil · foam · facing
A liner is a small stack of decisions.
Foil for barrier, foam for cushion, a facing for clean contact with your product. We tune each layer to your contents and cap — then prove the seal on your actual bottles before bulk production begins.
- Diameter and profile cut to your cap size
- Thickness tuned to cap torque and neck finish
- Printing, embossing and tab options
- Die-cut discs or roll stock, depending on your line
Equipment — supplied on request
Induction sealers, matched to the liner.
When your line needs it, we supply induction sealing equipment alongside the liner — sourced from established equipment partners, supplied under the CY Seal label, and set up around your liner specification.
Liners remain what we manufacture. Equipment is support for the seal, not a second factory.

About CY Seal
Focused on the seal. Nearly 20 years.
CY Seal is a closure-liner manufacturer in Yuhuan, Zhejiang. The company began as the packaging division of a pharmaceutical company, so production has followed GMP requirements from the start. The second generation returned from the United States eight years ago to bring that supply to buyers outside China.
We are focusing our export work on the Middle East and Southeast Asia. One product, done properly — the seal inside your cap.

Where the seal matters
Start from what is inside the bottle.
The contents decide whether barrier, venting or a dry-solid option is even a candidate. These are the application areas our liners are made for; the final structure is confirmed per bottle.
Pharmaceuticals
Tablets, capsules and liquids where the seal is part of the pack's integrity.
Nutraceuticals
Oils, softgels and powders that need barrier and a clean facing.
Food & beverage
Jars, bottles and wide-mouth caps for dry and liquid fills.
Cosmetics & personal care
Creams, lotions and serums where appearance and compatibility both matter.
Agrochemicals
Formulations that need a barrier structure and a defined closure.
Oils & chemicals
Solvents, essential oils and aggressive contents that rule out a simple foam disc.
