Closure liners
PE Foam Liners
A clean, compressible PE foam disc for dry goods, cosmetics and daily chemicals — where the cap does the sealing and the liner protects the product.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
Closed-cell PE foam, die-cut to the cap diameter. The foam is the whole liner; there is no foil or facing unless the application asks for one.
How it seals
The foam sits inside the cap and compresses against the neck finish when the cap is torqued. It is a physical seal, not an induction seal.
Application conditions and limits
Best for dry solids, powders, tablets and products that do not attack PE. Not the first choice for solvents, essential oils or a long shelf life where a barrier layer is needed; those move to a foil-faced or high-barrier structure.

Customization
Diameter and profile
Cut to the cap and neck finish — A drawing or a physical cap is required before the die is made.
Thickness
Selected for cap torque and contents — Confirmed on a sample; a thicker disc can make the cap hard to close.
Back print
Logo, text or pattern — Artwork approved on a proof; the print is on the back of the disc.
Supply scope
Made in our factory from PE foam sheet. Standard discs are die-cut; custom diameters and thicknesses are made to the approved drawing.
Validation
Send the bottle, cap and contents. We will confirm the foam thickness that holds torque without making the cap hard to close, then send discs for a trial on your line.

Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
