Closure liners
High-Barrier Liners
A foil-based structure for solvents, essential oils and formulations that would migrate through a simple foam or paper liner.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
A foil barrier combined with a facing selected for the contents. The exact structure depends on the product and the closure.
How it seals
Normally induction-sealed; the foil is the barrier, the facing is the product-contact layer.
Application conditions and limits
For aggressive or aromatic contents. The facing and the adhesive must be checked against the actual product; a generic high-barrier label is not a compatibility claim.

Customization
Barrier structure
Foil and facing combination — Selected against the contents and the shelf-life target.
Product-contact facing
PE, paper or a specified material — Confirmed for the contents; not every facing suits every oil.
Format
Discs or roll stock — Depends on the line.
Supply scope
Die-cut or slit in our factory from the approved laminate. The laminate is checked and logged by lot.
Validation
Send the product, the concentration and the storage conditions. We will propose a facing and a sample, and test the seal with you; a high-barrier name alone does not prove compatibility.
Your next step
Have a bottle or sealing question in mind?
Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
