Closure liners
Cardboard & Half-Tab Liners
Economy seals with an easy-open lift tab — for dry products where the buyer wants a simple, low-cost liner.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
Paper board or a board and foil combination, die-cut with a half tab for lifting.
How it seals
A physical seal in the cap, or an induction seal when the structure includes foil. The tab is a handling feature, not a barrier.
Application conditions and limits
Dry fills and cost-sensitive projects. Not for liquids, solvents or a long barrier requirement unless the structure includes a tested foil.

Customization
Tab shape
Half tab or full tab — Confirmed on a die drawing.
Board
Paper board or board with foil — Selected for the cap and the fill.
Logo or text — Artwork approved on a proof.
Supply scope
Die-cut in our factory. The board and any foil are checked and logged by lot.
Validation
Send the cap and the fill. We will confirm the board stiffness and the tab shape on a sample; a low-cost liner still has to close and open cleanly.

Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
