Closure liners
Custom Die-Cut Liners
A liner built to your drawing: printed, embossed, tabbed or cut to a profile that is not in the standard range.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
The structure follows the application: foam, foil, paper, barrier or a combination.
How it seals
The sealing method follows the structure: induction, pressure-sensitive or a physical foam seal.
Application conditions and limits
Custom does not mean unverified. The drawing, the contents and the line still decide whether the structure works.

Customization
Profile
Any profile that can be die-cut — A drawing or a physical sample is required.
Print and emboss
Logo, text, pattern or emboss — Artwork approved on a proof.
Opening feature
Half tab, full tab or easy-peel — Confirmed on the die drawing.
Material
Foam, foil, paper or a combination — Selected for the contents and the seal.
Supply scope
Die-cut or slit in our factory to the approved drawing. Custom tooling is quoted with the order.
Validation
Send the drawing, the bottle and the contents. We will confirm what can be cut, then send a sample for the trial; a custom shape does not skip the validation.
Your next step
Have a bottle or sealing question in mind?
Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
