Closure liners

Foam + Foil Liners

Induction-sealed tamper evidence over a resilient foam cushion — for products that need a barrier and a compressible backing.

Die-cut discs

Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.

Foam + Foil Liners

Material and structure

A foil sealing layer bonded to a PE foam backing, die-cut to the cap. The foil faces the neck; the foam sits against the cap.

How it seals

Induction heating melts the foil adhesive layer onto the neck finish. The foam stays in the cap as a cushion after the seal is peeled.

Application conditions and limits

For dry and semi-dry products, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals where tamper evidence and a barrier are both wanted. The foil must match the bottle material and the induction equipment; not for metal caps or metal bottles.

Customization

Diameter

Cut to the cap — Confirmed from a drawing or sample.

Foil and foam combination

Foil weight and foam thickness — Selected for the contents and the cap torque.

Tab

Half tab or full tab — A handling feature; it does not change the barrier.

Supply scope

Die-cut in our factory from foil and foam roll stock. The foil and foam are checked on arrival and recorded by lot.

Validation

Tell us the bottle material, the cap and the induction equipment. We will send candidate structures for a trial; the seal is confirmed on your line, not from the datasheet.
