Foil-Paper Liners
A board-backed foil liner for jars, wide-mouth caps and dry fills, where the cap needs a flat, printable seal.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
Aluminium foil laminated to paper board. The paper gives body; the foil gives the barrier and the induction seal.
How it seals
Induction sealing for a tamper-evident foil; the board keeps the disc flat in wide-mouth caps.
Application conditions and limits
Dry fills, jars and wide-mouth closures. Not for aggressive solvents or high-moisture products without a tested barrier structure.

Supply scope
Die-cut in our factory. The foil and board are checked and logged by lot.
Validation
Send the jar, cap and fill. Wide-mouth caps can need a different board stiffness; we confirm that on a sample.
