Closure liners
Pressure-Sensitive Liners
A liner that seals with cap torque alone — no induction machine, no heat, no line change.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
A pressure-sensitive adhesive coated structure with a release layer; the cap pressure activates the seal.
How it seals
The cap torque presses the liner onto the neck; no induction equipment is needed.
Application conditions and limits
For lines without induction, small runs and products that tolerate the adhesive system. The adhesive and facing must be checked against the contents.

Customization
Adhesive
Selected for the contents — Confirmed by a trial; not every adhesive suits every product.
Diameter
Cut to the cap — From a drawing or a physical sample.
Logo or text on the back — Artwork approved on a proof.
Supply scope
Die-cut in our factory from the approved pressure-sensitive laminate.
Validation
Send the cap, the bottle and the contents. The trial checks the seal after torque and after storage; a pressure-sensitive liner is not confirmed by the datasheet alone.
