Closure liners
Vented Liners
A breathable membrane that lets a container equalise pressure while keeping the product in — for products that build gas or pressure.
Representative liner. The exact structure and dimensions are confirmed against your bottle, cap and contents.
Material and structure
A venting membrane in a liner structure. The membrane is selected for the pressure and the product.
How it seals
The liner is seated in the cap; the membrane vents gas or pressure. It can be combined with an induction seal where the application needs one.
Application conditions and limits
For products that generate pressure or need to breathe. Not a universal leak-proof seal; the vent rate and the product contact must be tested.

Customization
Membrane
Selected for pressure and product — Confirmed by a trial; the vent rate is application-specific.
Diameter
Cut to the cap — From a drawing or a physical sample.
Induction combination
Vented with or without a foil seal — The combination changes the vent path; it must be tested.
Supply scope
Assembled and die-cut in our factory from the approved membrane and backing.
Validation
Tell us what builds the pressure, the storage temperature and the cap. We will send a candidate for a pressure and leak trial; the vent rate is not chosen from a table.

Have a bottle or sealing question in mind?
Start with the application. You do not need to identify the final liner before contacting us. A submitted inquiry is a project inquiry, not a quotation or an order.
