Overview
The LGYS-4000 is a water-cooled electromagnetic induction sealing machine. The sealing head heats the foil layer without touching the cap; the foil bonds to the neck and the seal is complete when it cools. It is used for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, oil and daily-chemical bottles. Do not use it with metal bottles or metal caps.

Seal formats
- Induction foil liners — Foil or foil-faced liners with an induction adhesive
- Foam + foil liners — Foil layer against the neck; foam stays in the cap
- Foil-paper liners — Board-backed foil for jars and wide-mouth caps
- High-barrier foil structures — The facing and the foil must be confirmed for the contents
Line and interface requirements
The machine needs a 220 V / 50 Hz supply, clean water for cooling, and a conveyor or line that presents the bottles at a consistent height. Adjust the head so it is parallel to the conveyor and the cap-to-head gap is 2–5 mm. Set the power and the conveyor speed against the actual seal result.
Delivery and commissioning
The model manual lists the main unit, lifting bracket, sealing head, hand tools, test bottles and manual. Confirm the supplied configuration, commissioning arrangements and any on-site service with the quotation for your equipment project.
Service scope
Warranty, spare parts and response times are written into the quotation. The machine must be used with clean or distilled water, changed every three months; in cold locations, add antifreeze. The manual is the operating authority.
Supply role
Sourced from an established equipment partner and supplied under the CY Seal label. Liners remain manufactured in our factory; the equipment is support for the seal.
